Croatian NT forward Damir Markota was forced to leave Slovenian powerhouse Olimpija Ljubljana because of it’s ongoing insolvency.
Markota, who became the fourth player in a short time to leave Olimpija, could be close to reaching an agreement with Turk Telekom (Turkey).
6’10” power forward has averaged 11.1 points and 4.8 boards while shooting 62.7% from the field and 75% from the line in 9 Adriatic League contests this season.
