After more than a month of domestic invincibility coach Petrovic’s squad has suffered it’s first loss of the competition after being edged 66:60 from the currently 4th placed Split team.
Split has been led by the excellent play of PF Josip Sobin who recorded 16 points to go along with 7 rebounds, 4 steals and 2 blocked shots. SG Josip Mimica added 15 points and 4 assists.
Split is currently in the pursuit of 4th place in Croatian Championship standings which should lead to the next season’s edition of regional Adriatic League.
