With his reported 44+ inch vertical he has amazed all the spectators during the Saturday’s slam dunk revue held before the final game of the local streetball tournament «Nocni Hakl».
Now he is ready to take it even a step further. High-flying 6’3” swingman Luka Jakelic has announced that he would like to play in the upcoming 1st CroHoops League winter edition. His potential presence would definitely lift up the competitive spirit of the entire competition.
Jakelic, who is still free-agent, already has his mind focused on facing the elite COBL players such as summer league MPV Igor Ravlic who averaged 42.3 points and 3.0 dunks per game.
CroHoops League winter edition will feature eight teams from Zagreb City area and will last from November 2012. until April 2013. Each of the teams will earn play-off spot.
