Just 24 hours after the rare win over turkish powerhouse Anadolu Efes croatian champion Cibona Zagreb had to face yet another very strong opponent.
In the Drazen Petrovic Cup game (which is the game between the cro-champion and the cro-cup winner) Cedevita demonstrated it’s better team cohesion and rolled to 91:77 W.
Cedevita’s PG Marques Green (20 points) got initial edge over Cibona’s D.J.Strawberry (13 points). However Cibona cadet and junior selections won their games vs Cedevita cadet and junior selections and thus Cibona got the 1st trophy of the season!
