Cibona’s reported intention to play it’s upcoming friendly game vs Efes on the wooden floor posted on the ground of the main Zagreb City square lasted just over one week.
Number of factors influenced Cibona’s decision to postopone it’s outside game plans for June 2013. Besides it’s opponent justified concerns for their player personnel health, the most threatening factors for the game postponement were potential rain and growing air condensation that could make the wooden floor slippery for the action.
Yesterday Cibona officials announced that they decided to move this high-profile friendly match scheduled for Saturday inside Drazen Petrovic basketball hall.
After facing Efes led by ex-NBA point guard Jordan Farmar, in only 24-hour span Cibona will have to face stiff local competitor Cedevita in Drazen Petrovic Cup game on Sunday.
