What an amateur-basketball marathon in Niš last weekend!
Last weekend, from February 9-13, a three-member Crohoops League delegation including Marjan Crnogaj, Mislav Mičanić, and Željko Polčec participated in a well-organized international training session as part of the third event of the “Alliance of Amateur Basketball Referees” ERASMUS + EU Sport project.
Conference guests, experts in the field of amateur basketball from Serbia, Italy, and Spain, seized the opportunity offered by the third stage of the joint project to share their abundant and similar experiences through great communication in English, and join together to build up future experiences.
Renowned Crohoops player and referee Mislav Bičanić left a great impression along with representatives of the host AKL Niš during the two days of presentations at Hotel Marica, and later during the All-Star match on Sunday.
The Pešča Nightmare Raptors (D1) guard was unstoppable and brilliant on court at Niš’s Ivo Andrić Secondary School, first as a player of the AABR All-Stars team, and then as a referee, representing Croatia’s and Zagreb’s amateur basketball scene in the best possible way!!!

Kakav amaterko-košarkaški maraton u Nišu prošlog vikenda!
Tročlana delegacija Crohoops lige u sastavu Marjan Crnogaj, Mislav Mičanić, Željko Polčec, tijekom prošlog je vikenda (9.2.-13.2.2023.) u Nišu sudjelovala u okviru sjajno organiziranog međunarodnog treninga, kao treće etape ERASMUS + EU Sport projekta Alliance of Amateur Basketball Referees (AABR).
Gosti konferencije, eksperti u području amaterske košarke iz Srbije, Italije i Španjolske, na najbolji su način iskoristili zajednički trening, kako bi na dosad najkonkretniji način, kroz sjajnu komunikaciju razmjenili svoja bogata i srodna iskustva na engleskom jeziku, te tako zajedničkim snagama nadogradili isti.
Sjajnu impresiju, uz predstavnike domaćina AKL Niš, ostavio je tijekom prezentacija u hotelu ‘Marica’ a potom i tijekom dva nedjeljna pokazna All-Star susreta, istaknuti Crohoops igrač i sudac Mislav Bičanić.
Branič Pešča Nightmare Raptorsa (D1) nezaustavljivog prvog koraka, briljirao je na parketu niške gimnazije ‘Ivo Andrić’, prvo kao igrač ‘AABR All-Stars’ međunarodne ekipe, a potom i kao sudac (VIDEO), predstavivši tako hrvatsku i zagrebački amatersku košarku na najbolji mogući način!!!
