Brzoja and Buovac heading from Dubrava to Indiana

Four months ago they were able to carry Dubrava Zagreb pass by eventual European junior champion Zagreb CO and to win 2011 Croatian Junior Championship in Slavonski Brod.

Now, highly ranked prospects G Mislav Brzoja and F Matej Buovac, which have both represented Croatia in FIBA youth competitions this summer, have made the final decision to continue their academic and basketball paths in the U.S. State of Indiana.

Brzoja, who shined for Dubrava’s senior team playing alongside European phenom Dario Saric last season, has committed to play for Traders Point Christian Academy located in Whitestown, Indiana.

Buovac, a huge prospect at forward spot, choose to play for La Lumiere High School in LaPorte, Indiana. With only 200kms between them expect both Brzoja & Buovac to have NCAA in their sight.

Brzoja and Buovac are not the only ones who will shift Dubrava for U.S.A. Forward Andrija Naglic who was an active participant of 2011 CroHoops League will continue his academic and basketball career at Nazarene Christian Academy, Texas.
